Witkowski ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") is the provider of Quantum Effects (the "App"). We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR). This policy explains our data practices.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum amount of "dApp Data" required for the App to function:
- Solana Wallet Address: When you connect your wallet via the Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA), we receive your public address for authentication and game logic (high scores/achievements).
- Game Progress: Data such as high scores, unlocked levels, and in-game settings are stored locally on your device.
- Device Information: Basic device metadata (OS version, screen resolution) to ensure proper display and functionality.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect names, emails (unless provided via support), or physical addresses.
- Private Keys: All signing and transaction approvals occur within your chosen wallet app. We never see or store your private keys or seed phrases.
3. How We Use Information
- To maintain the App’s gameplay functionality.
- To store and display high scores and progression.
- To facilitate secure interaction with the Solana blockchain.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. Information is shared only with:
- Solana Network: Transaction data is sent to the blockchain as initiated by you.
- Wallet Providers: Via the MWA protocol for secure authentication.
5. Security
We utilize industry-standard security and encryption features for all data in transit and at rest to protect your information.
6. User Control and Account Deletion
- Local Data: You may delete your local game data at any time by clearing the App's storage/cache in your device's Android settings.
- Public Data: Information recorded on the Solana blockchain (public ledger) cannot be deleted.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
8. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Poland.
